Welcome to Skyline Property Developers ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our platform and all services provided therein. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

1. Eligibility

By registering on this platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where such services are prohibited or restricted.
• All information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete.

The platform reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend accounts that fail to meet eligibility requirements, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

2. Nature of Service

Skyline Property Developers operates as a private automated investment management platform. Our services include AI-driven portfolio management, investment plan subscriptions, referral programmes, and related financial technology services.

We are not a licensed bank, brokerage, or FDIC-insured institution. Services on this platform constitute private investment arrangements between the Platform and its registered Members. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice.

All investment communications, including past performance data, are for informational purposes only and should not be construed as a guarantee of future returns.

3. Investment Terms

Investment plans are offered at the Platform's sole discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time. When you activate an investment plan:

• Your capital is allocated to AI-managed trading activities as described in your selected plan.
• ROI (return on investment) is calculated and distributed according to the plan's specified profit_schedule (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or annually).
• Interest rates shown are annualised rates and actual returns may vary based on market conditions.
• Plans with "capital return" enabled will return your principal upon maturity.
• All investments must comply with the minimum and maximum thresholds specified for each plan.
• Investment activation is subject to admin approval and confirmation of receipt of funds.

The Platform reserves the right to pause, adjust, or terminate investment activities in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to extreme market volatility, regulatory requirements, or force majeure events.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• You may request a withdrawal of your available earned balance at any time via the Wallet section.
• Withdrawals are processed within 24–72 hours of submission, subject to admin review.
• All withdrawals are subject to our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) verification procedures.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are specified on the Withdrawal page.
• Transaction fees may apply depending on the withdrawal method selected.
• The Platform reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawals if we suspect fraud, AML breaches, or terms violations.

5. KYC & Compliance

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is required for full platform access, including the ability to withdraw funds and access higher investment tiers. By submitting KYC documents, you:

• Confirm that all submitted documents are genuine, valid, and belong to you.
• Grant us permission to verify your identity through authorised third-party services.
• Understand that KYC approval may take up to 48 business hours.
• Accept that providing false documentation may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

We comply with applicable AML and CTF (counter-terrorist financing) regulations in all jurisdictions we serve. User data collected during KYC is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Risk Disclosure

All investment and trading activities involve risk. You acknowledge and accept the following:

• Cryptocurrency and financial markets are highly volatile. Values can decrease rapidly and significantly.
• Past performance of investment plans does not guarantee identical future results.
• There is no guarantee that you will achieve a positive return on your investment.
• You invest entirely at your own risk and acknowledge that you could lose some or all of your invested capital.
• The Platform does not provide regulated financial advice. Consult a licensed financial advisor before investing.

7. Referral Program

Our referral programme allows registered members to earn commission when they introduce new investors to the platform. Referral terms include:

• Commissions are calculated as a percentage of the referred user's investment amount, as specified per plan.
• Commissions are credited to your bonus balance upon successful activation of a referred user's investment.
• Self-referrals, circular referrals, or artificial inflation of referral volumes are prohibited.
• We reserve the right to withhold or reverse referral commissions suspected of abuse or fraud.
• Referral rates and programme terms may be modified at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Skyline Property Developers, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from investment activities.
• Losses resulting from platform downtime, technical failures, or force majeure events.
• Decisions made by users based on information displayed on the platform.
• Third-party actions, including exchange failures, blockchain network issues, or regulatory actions.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to use the platform to:

• Engage in or facilitate any illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt platform systems.
• Post false or misleading reviews or ratings about the platform on third-party sites without first contacting support.
• Send unsolicited communications (spam) in connection with the referral programme.
• Create multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing restrictions or gaining unfair advantages.

Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where warranted.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of the platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
